Where I've Been

It's been a long time since my last post because there's been a lot going on lately. My step-father went into the hospital on August 31 for back surgery. It is 35 days later and we're still at the hospital. He's now had two back surgeries, and is in CCU with ARDS (acute respiratory distress syndrome). He's been on a ventilator now for almost two weeks. We've been spending day and night at the hospital praying that things would get better. We've had friends and family visiting at the hospital and bringing food. We've appreciated all of them coming and for all the prayers.
