My step-dad turned 70 this year, so we took a family trip to Kentucky to eat at Patti's Settlement. They are the home to 2-inch pork chops that are delicious. It was a crowded ride with 11 people in two cars, but we made it. Caroline talked the entire way there and back nonstop! It was a gorgeous day and of course I made pictures!
